Delivery Times

For worldwide orders, processing may take 7–15 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please note: while we make every effort to deliver packages within the estimated timeframe, the actual delivery date may be affected by factors such as flight schedules, customs clearance, weather conditions, and other external variables. For the most accurate delivery updates, please refer to the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.


Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum order value required.


Shipping Address Accuracy

To ensure timely delivery and proper handling of your package, it is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. This includes:

  • Correct abbreviations
  • Accurate street numbers
  • Building or apartment numbers
  • Any necessary route or delivery information

Incorrect or Insufficient Address

Please double-check your address details before finalizing your order. We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information entered at checkout.
  • Refused deliveries or failed delivery attempts when the address provided was accurate and delivery was attempted as scheduled.
  • Once the return process has begun, the order is not eligible for refund or reshipment free of charge.

Out of Stock Items

If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you via email as soon as possible. If we do not anticipate restocking the item, we will cancel it from your order. You will not be charged for any canceled items, including any associated taxes or shipping fees.
